Comprehensive Endometrial Receptivity Assessment Using the new beREADY Test

Receptive endometrium is a prerequisite for successful embryo implantation. The new endometrial receptivity assessment test – beREADY, was developed in Estonia at the Competence Center on Health Technologies. The Angelius Group Infertility treatment centres are official partners of the center, and they are the first to offer the beREADY test in Warsaw and Katowice to their patients as part of a comprehensive endometrial receptivity assessment package.

What is a beREADY test?

The beREADY test is the most advanced test used in personalized medicine, created for infertility treatment clinics in order to increase the chances of pregnancy in IVF treatment.

It evaluates 57 genes associated with maturation processes of endometrium and identifies its readiness for successful embryo implantation, that is, it detecting the so-called individual Window of Implantation – the most optimal time for embryo implantation, which for many women is variable.

How does the beREADY test work?

evaluates a clinically relevant set of endometrial receptivity biomarkers,
precisely determines the time of maximum endometrial receptivity for the most successful embryo transfer,
detects biomarkers at the single-molecule level, ensuring extraordinary accuracy and effectiveness.

The beREADY test is designed for:

women with infertility treatment failures history,
first-time IVF patients – in order to make a detailed plan of effective treatment right from the start.

What does the beREADY test offer?

determines endometrial receptivity on the expected day of embryo transfer with high accuracy,
allows the identification of the individual Window of Implantation (WOI) to avoid embryo transfer at an inopportune time,
increases the chances of successful IVF therapy.

How is the beREADY test conducted at OVIklinika?

We perform an endometrial biopsy at OVIklinika. The biopsy is performed only once.

We send the biopsy specimen to the beREADY laboratory in Estonia.

The Estonian center analyses the biomarkers of endometrial receptivity and sends the results to OVIklinika within 14 working days.

Upon receipt of the results, we present them to you and determine the most optimal embryo transfer date at OVIklinika.
